Hiring Process

At Call Noor, we pride ourselves on building an elite team of agents to best assist our clients.  All of our agents have undergone a rigorous background and screening process to ensure that only the very best agents are brought aboard our team. Once we have interviewed and selected our agents, they are required to take an English C2 level exam and pass with a minimum score of 90%. They are then given a background check and a complete physical and psychological assessment. Once they pass their exams and clear the background check, the agent is teamed with one of our call center managers for a 45-day intensive training. The training includes telephone etiquette, critical thinking, and customer service. All our agents have obtained a bachelor’s degree at minimum and are fluent in English and Spanish.
